Bechamel Sauce


Bechamel sauce is the real name to use in all recipe :-)
If you need one recipe for a white sauce here is one that never fails:

2 table spoon of butter
2 table spoon of self rising flour
1 cup of milk
1/4 tea spoon of salt
1/4 tea spoon of pepper

Melt the butter in a saucepan, slowly incorporate the flour, cook on moderate and stir when you see it boiling incorporate gradually the milk. Season to taste. cook until the sauce is thick and begins to boil. You can never miss your sauce!
