Venison Steaks
(Chicken or Porkchops also)
Sear each side quickly.
Put in baking dish with:
2 tablespoons of capers.........thereabouts - I don't measure.
1 small jar of pimento green olives (6-8 oz jar)
1 cup Balsalmic Vinegar
1 small onion
salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 cup water or juice from the jar of olives
basil fresh or dried (optional) (use this and make pesto over pasta and
vegetables with this dish)
Bake all above in a baking dish (325-350°). until meat falls apart..
........yummy!

I use this quite a bit and not too many people have noted what kind of meat was
in the dish, as they were too disturbed by the "other" ingredients. :o)
