Unencumbered Fund Balances

• Estimated money remaining in each fund at the end of the fiscal year.

• General fund, road & bridge fund, utility fund, and O&M fund should have 3-6 months in reserve

• Debt service fund or Interest & Sinking fund should have little to no reserve
