If American Tourists are allowed to go to CubaIf American Tourists are allowed to go to Cuba the following things will happen:1. Castro will keep most of the money 2. This money will help Castro support his repressive apparatus and allow him to stay in power longer. 3. Castro will have more money to make further trouble in South America. His agents in Venezuela and Colombia will clash even more with American advisors. Young Americans will die, along with many more South Americans. Marxist narco-terrorist drug lords will grow stronger. 4. The common Cuban will not get much; they average now about $15 a month. Castro likes it that way for trying to survive keeps all resistance low. 5. Countries like Bolivia and Venezuela will turn into Castro like dictatorships and the people there will suffer. Remember the miners in Bolivia can get as low as $60 a month now. With Castro wannabe in power they can expect far less (see point 4). . Ask the Venezuelans under Chavez what is happening to their standard of living. 6. The tourist Caribbean tourist trade of Mexico, Jamaica, etc. will not be able to compete with essentially Cuban slave labor. Economic down turn in these places will cause instability. 7. Castro will further destroy the Cuban ecology to build more hotels. 8. Underage Cuban children will be sexually exploited by Americans as well as the usual perverted Europeans who go there now for that purpose 9. Every so often Castro's secret police will think some innocent is a spy and make an example of her or him, or occasionally kill one or two. What fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! daleyl@peak.org
